A great quote and one that we try to live by at swehes projects. When we work with businesses, we try to learn about the business as much as we can. Not so much as what is being done there, but what is the feeling of the organization. Whenever we do a project, coach a leader, train a team, we do it with love and gratitude that we are able to work with people who wants to grow and succeed.

We want you to know we care
We truly do. Most of us have had hard times in our lives. Death in the family, hard business environment, job not being fulfilling, family struggles. I have had those struggles. And the time when I found my emotional relief was when I turned to God. God has blessed me tremendously. Usually through the kindness of my family and friends. But relief has come because I trust in God. He has guided me into the skills that I have today so that I can help others succeed.
